Volunteer Management
We see a key role for the Iowa Commission on Volunteer Service in increasing understanding
and awareness of effective volunteer management practices, designed to engage more
volunteers, more effectively in service and volunteering. Our primary activity in
support of this goal is the Iowa Conference on Volunteerism and Service. In addition,
