Manage an AmeriCorps Program
Iowa Resources
The ICVS assigns a Program Officer to all AmeriCorps State programs that we award funding. We also provide program director training each year to our grantees, as well as offering AmeriCorps-specific training at our annual Iowa Conference on Volunteer Service/Nonprofit Summit. More information on training is available on our Training page. Specific materials and assistance related to the inclusion of volunteers with disabilities is also available through our Inclusion Coordinator and online on our Disability Inclusion page.
National Resources
The Corporation for National and Community Service maintains a page that organizes the legal documents associated with the AmeriCorps program, including the AmeriCorps regulations and provisions. Link to the “Manage Current Grants and Projects” section on the CNCS homepage (www.nationalservice.org) to connect to these documents.
Program Startup Resources
The following links are intended to link new grantees/programs to important sites that will provide assistance during the time of program start-up and throughout the course of your grant.
